CEOs and Presidents of information & communication technology companies may attend CEO Vision
Symposium. Registration is limited to 100 delegates. Registrations are
taken on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment of registration
fees. If you feel you should attend CEO Vision, but you do not fall into
one of the above categories, please submit your request for the
aOrgnizing Committee’s approval.

What do include the registration fees ?
Registration
fees include all sessions, workshops, meals, the seminars’ material and CEO Vision Directory, the
social events, and an afternoon of skiing or go-kart at Mont-Tremblant.
(Downhill skiing may be substituted with cross-country skiing or
snowshoeing).

How do I become an Association of Quebec Technologies member ?
The Quebec Technology Association is
Quebec’s most important technology association. If your company is in
the technology industry, your may wish to join the network and benefit from the
preferred rate for this conference and all the other privileges. Visit

4.
Can I bring my companion and children?
Tremblant offers a wide
ranges of activities: lift tickets
at discounted rates, ski and snowboard lessons, cross-country skiing and
sightseeing. Pre-registration is encouraged for all activities.
Spouses are welcome to
register for any CEO Vision social event (Thematic dinners and the “VIP Skiing”). Information and rates for companion
activities are available.
5.
What is the proper attire?
Casual attire is appropriate
for all sessions and dinners. If you are participating in the Friday
afternoon sports program, come to the morning session prepared for a
quick change, there will be only 45 minutes for lunch and a change into
appropriate clothing.
6. When should I arrive ?
Breakfast on Thursday morning begins at 7:45 a.m., so we suggest you arrive on
Tuesday. A Welcoming Cocktail is organized to let you start your
networking. CEO Vision ends on Saturday at noon.

Will there be printed material available?
Delegates will receive a
conference binder with detailed information on the sessions, the
speakers as well as on the individual profiles of all the participants.
Upon registration, we will send you a username and password to complete
your individual profile.
8.
Who are the speakers ?
The Organizing Committee have
selected the speakers for their international expertise. There might be:
CEOs, Author and Executive Coach, Professor and International experts.
The speakers and their bio are presented in the Program section of this
web site.
9.
What will be the primary language ?
Most of the conferences will
take place in English, however, the discussions and workshops will be
left to the participants discretion.

From where will the participants be
coming?
Most of the participants will
be coming from the Province of Quebec, the organization also expects US
and Ontario based companies.
11.
Does the Fairmont Tremblant have a business center?
The hotel offers a complete
business center facility for your convenience.
12.
Are substitutions of participants
allowed?
No substitution will be
permitted, only Technology CEOs and Presidents can take part in this
Symposium. The topics and the format of sessions have been carefully
selected in order to address CEOs issues only.

What are the directions to get to Tremblant?
From Montréal and
International Airports:
take Hwy 15 North for about one hour.
Hwy 15 will change into Hwy 117 at Ste-Agathe.
Continue on Hwy 117 North until St-Jovite.
Continue on Hwy 117 North and take the exit on your right for Tremblant.
Turn on your right hand side on Montée Ryan.
Follow Montée Ryan until the end to Lake Tremblant.
At Lake Tremblant, turn on your right hand side on Chemin de la Chapelle and until you reach the
hotel.
From Ottawa (Airport):
From the airport take the Airport Parkway into Ottawa (becomes Bronson Avenue).
Stay on Bronson Avenue until almost the end.
Turn right on Slater Street.
Turn left (next street) on Bay Street.
Stay on Bay Street until the end.
Turn left on Wellington Street.
Turn right onto the Portage Bridge, then immediately go onto de Maisonneuve Boulevard.
Continue straight until the exit for Route 50, which is 5 lights up, proceed to Montebello.
This is a divided highway until Masson where it ends and becomes Route 148.
In Montebello, turn left on Hwy 323 to St. Jovite, immediately after Fairmont Le Château Montebello.
In St. Jovite, turn left on Hwy 117.
Take the exit on your right for Tremblant and then turn right onto Montée Ryan.
Drive to the end of the road at Lac Tremblant and turn right on Chemin de la Chapelle.
The hotel is located at the end of Chemin de la Chapelle.
