Major social changes have created an increase in the number of requests we have to fulfill. The value of time is now totally obsolete. The reaction of stress is continuously activitated. Somehow, can we protect ourselves, ensure our well being and balance and reach for the other? Do we have the power to take control of our lives? Are we able to re-discover, daily, the essential? Is it possible in this world to continue to grow?
